I am a realtor in the Nashville, Middle Tennessee area that specializes in properties in Williamson and Davidson Counties. I work as both a buyers agent and a listing agent. My goal is to have 100% satisfaction from all of my clients, and I work hard to help you find a home or get your home sold. Having graduated with a Marketing degree and having been in business for myself now for almost 20 years, I put together a marketing plan when listing your home for sale. As a buyers agent, I really try to get to know you and your interests to help you locate to an area that best suits you. As a Native Nashvillian, I know this city VERY well which translates into a knowledgeable move for you.

Relocation is my specialty whether it be from out of state or within the city. Being able to visualize the property that someone is describing along with all their wants and wishes and transform that into an actual home takes talent. Listening, deciphering, investigating, probing, reading body language and more all go into this process. Furthermore, I do have hands on experience in the remodeling/design focus of this business as well as new construction. Being able to help a client visualize the final outcome of a project or to take an existing home and give them ideas on possible changes or additions can be very helpful.
